摘要 无机陶瓷膜的渗透性能对于膜的研究有重要的意义。为了解在不考虑膜孔堵塞及滤液颗粒粒径大小的情况下陶瓷膜通量随时间的变化规律,通过选用含有部分杂质的家用自来水进行过滤试验,得出通量的基本变化趋势。通过对实验数据进行拟合,建立膜参数和滤液确定时通量随时间变化规律的函数式。利用其他多组实验数据对函数式进行验证分析,证明了拟合的函数式具有通用性,可以在实际应用中预测陶瓷膜通量随时间的变化趋势,为膜的反清洗方案提供理论支持。 The permeability of inorganic ceramic membranes is of great significance for the study of membranes.In order to understand the change of the membrane water flow with time without considering the membrane pore blockage and the particle size of the filtrate,the basic change trend is obtained by selecting the domestic tap water containing some impurities.By fitting the experimental data,the function of the membrane parameters and the change of the water flow rate with time are obtainedwhen the filtrate is determined.It is proved that the functional formula of the fitting is universal by using other sets of experimental data to verify the functional formula,and the change trend of the membrane water flow with time can be predicted in practical applications,which provides theoretical support for the membrane anti-cleaning scheme.
