摘要
以臭氧/紫外光协同技术处理中低浓度氨氮废水,采用批实验对该技术处理中低浓度氨氮废水的特性进行研究,考虑了pH、臭氧流量、温度、氨氮初始浓度和反应时间对处理效果的影响。结果表明,废水中氨氮去除率随pH、臭氧流量、温度和反应时间的增大而增加,在pH 12.0、反应温度30℃、臭氧流量14.0 L/h时,反应时间120 min后氧化锰厂废水氨氮去除率达96.2%,处理后废水氨氮质量浓度由220 mg/L降至8.36 mg/L,达到GB 31573-2015直接排放标准。与臭氧、紫外光处理氨氮的对比实验表明,臭氧/紫外光协同技术表现出较高的氨氮去除效果。
Synergistic treatment of low concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater by O3/UV was studied by batch experiments,and the effect of pH,ozone flows,temperatures,initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen and reaction times on treatment effect were considered.The results showed that,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater increased with the increase of pH,temperature,ozone flow and reaction time,respectively.The ammonia nitrogen removal rate was in wastewater of MnO plant 96.2% under the condition of p H was 12.0,reaction time was 30 ℃,ozone flow was 14.0 L/h and reaction time was 120 min,the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewaterdecreased from 220 mg/L to 8.36 mg/L,which reached the direct discharge standard of the Emission Standards of Pollutants for Inorganic Chemical Industry(GB 31573-2015).Compared with treatments by O3 or UV,the O3/UV synergistic process showed a better removal rate of ammonianitrogen.
