1例新型冠状病毒肺炎中西药联合治疗临床实践

Clinical Practice of the Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of a Patient with the Coronavirus Disease 2019

目的 探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的中西药联合治疗方案。方法 分析湖北省黄石市首例治愈出院的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的药物治疗方案及疗效。结果 中西药联合治疗明显缓解了该患者的发热、咳嗽、乏力等临床症状,肺部CT检查显示感染范围明显缩小,病毒RNA检测转阴,临床疗效较好。结论 中西药联合治疗方案对该例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的治愈具有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the drug treatment plan of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The drug treatment plan of the first patient with the COVID-19 cured in Huangshi City in Hubei Province and its curative effect were analyzed.Results With the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,the clinical symptoms of fever,cough,fatigue and so on were significantly alleviated,the CT results showed the scope of infection in the lungs was significantly reduced,the detection of virus RNA turned negative,and the clinical efficacy was good.Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine has a positive effect on the cure of the patient with the COVID-19.
