中药临床药师参与脑出血术后感染患者的中西药学监护

Chinese and Western Pharmaceutical Care for Patient with Postoperative Cerebral Hemorrhage Infection by TCM Clinical Pharmacist

目的 探讨中西联合药学监护的方法及中药临床药师发挥的作用。方法 中药临床药师参与1例脑出血术后感染的中西医联合治疗药学监护,协同临床医师制订合理治疗方案,提出合理化用药建议,提供西医抗感染及中医辨证论治联合治疗出血性中风的中西医联合药学监护。结果 与结论临床治疗中,在西医治疗基础上,中药临床药师的参与提升了临床用药的合理性及药学监护效果。

Objective To explore the methods of Chinese and western combined pharmaceutical care and the role played by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical pharmacists.Methods TCM clinical pharmacist participated in the combined pharmaceutical care for one case of postoperative cerebral hemorrhage infection.The pharmacist cooperated with the clinician to formulate reasonable treatment plan,put forward rational drug recommendations,and provided a combination of TCM for hemorrhagic stroke and western medicine for anti-infection.Results and Conclusion In clinical treatment,the participation of TCM clinical pharmacist on the basis of western medicine treatment has improved the rationality of clinical medication and the effectiveness of pharmaceutical care.
