腹腔镜联合小金胶囊及亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症临床评价

Xiaojin Capsule Combined with Leuprorelin for Endometriosis After Laparoscopic Surgery

目的 研究腹腔镜联合小金胶囊及亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的临床疗效及对患者性激素及相关标志物的影响。方法 选取医院2015年10月至2018年10月收治的EMs患者108例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各54例。两组患者均予常规腹腔镜手术,术后均予抗感染和营养支持治疗,并于术后第7天予注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林缓释微球,观察组患者加服小金胶囊,两组均治疗16周。结果 观察组总有效率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的85.19%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP-3)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(24.07%比20.37%,P>0.05)。结论 小金胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗EMs,可有效改善患者腹腔镜术后性激素水平及相关标志物水平。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xiaojin Capsule combined with leuprorelin for endometriosis(EMs)after laparoscopic surgery and its effect on sex hormones and related markers of the patients.Methods A total of 108 patients with EMs who were treated in the hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method,54 cases in each group.Both groups were treated by laparoscopy and were given anti-infection and nutritional support after operation;at 7 d after operation,the control group was treated with leuprorelin,while the observation group was treated with Xiaojin Capsule on this basis.Both groups were treated for 16 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than 85.19%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),carbohydrate antigen-125(CA-125)and anti-endometrial antibody(EMAb)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(24.07 vs.20.37,P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin Capsule combined with leuprorelin is effective in the treatment of Ems after laparoscopic surgery.It can effectively improve the level of sex hormones and related markers after laparoscopic surgery.
