少数民族地区女性创业影响因素及其机理——基于扎根理论的探索性研究

Influencing Factors and Mechanisms of Female Entrepreneurship in Minority Areas——An Exploratory Research Based on Grounded Theory

明晰少数民族地区女性创业的影响因素及其机理是推进少数民族地区女性创业高质量发展的前提和依据。运用扎根理论,对云南省15位女性创业典型进行分析发现:家庭环境是影响少数民族地区女性创业能力和创业行为的直接因素;所在地区拥有的资源禀赋优势、产业优势以及女性创业者自身的技能优势是决定其创业业态的主要因素;女性创业者是独立创业还是夫妻共同创业与丈夫的职业发展状况高度相关;女性创业者先前的学历、所学专业、工作经验、创业经验以及社会阅历等因素决定了其眼界、思维和理念以及社会资本状况,从而决定了女性创业的质量。

Clarifying the influencing factors and mechanisms of female entrepreneurship in minority areas is the prerequisite and basis for the measures to promote the high-quality development of female entrepreneurship in minority areas.On the basis of grounded theory,the paper finds that family support is a direct factor conditioning female entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial behavior in minority areas with an analysis of 15 typical cases of female entrepreneurship in Yunnan Province.The advantages of resource endowment,industry,and skills of female entrepreneurs in the region are the main factors that determine their entrepreneurial forms.Whether female entrepreneurs are independent or not is highly related to their husbands’career development;female entrepreneurs’previous education,majors,work experience,entrepreneurial experience,and social experience determine their vision,thinking and ideas,and social capital,which further determine the quality of female entrepreneurship.
