聚砜/氧化石墨烯混合基质膜制备及其性能 被引量:1

Preparation of PSf/GO mixed matrix membrane and its property

摘要 为了优化聚砜膜结构及提高有机膜性能,以聚砜(PSf)为膜材料、N,N-二甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂、聚乙二醇(PEG)为致孔剂、水(H2O)为非溶剂添加剂,氧化石墨烯(GO)为无机纳米材料,采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备PSf/GO混合基质膜;考察GO添加量对PSf体系铸膜液稳定性影响规律,并探索不同GO添加量对PSf/GO混合基质膜结构和性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着GO添加量增加,静置26 h后的铸膜液稳定性动力学指数TSI值从1.02增至7.29,铸膜液稳定性随之变差,PSf/GO混合基质膜断面的指状孔比例随着GO含量的增加而增加,同时,水接触角不断下降;当GO添加量从0增加到0.35%时,PSf/GO混合基质膜的表面开孔率从6.8%增至10.2%,接触角从93°降低到65°,拉伸强度从2.5 MPa增加到3.4 MPa,断裂伸长率从30%降低到20%。当GO添加量为0.35%时,PSf/GO混合基质膜纯水通量比纯PSf膜增加了236 L/(m2·h·bar)(1 bar=100 kPa)。 To optimize the structure of polysulfone(PSf)membrane and improve membrane performance,the PSf/GO mixed matrix membranes(MMMs)were prepared via non-solvent induced phase separation with PSf as membrane material,N,N-dimethylpyrrolidone(NMP)as solvent,polyethylene glycol(PEG)as porogen,H2O as non-solvent additive and graphene oxide(GO)as inorganic nanomaterial.The effect of GO amounts on stability of casting solution,structure and filtration performance of MMMs was studied.The effect of different GO amounts on the structure and performance of PSf/GO mixed matrix membrane was also studied.The results indicated that the turbiscan stability index(TSI)increased from 1.02 to 7.29 with the increase of GO concentration in the casting solution standing for 26 h,which indicates the stability of the casting solution was worsened.Meanwhile,the finger pore of the resultant MMMs systematically increased with the increase of GO concentration.Simultaneously,the water contact angle of MMMs gradually declined.The surface porosity of PSf/GO MMMs increased from 6.8%to 10.2%,the water contact angle gradually declined from 93°to 65°,the tensile strength increased from 2.5 MPa to 3.4 MPa and elongation at break reduced from 30%to 20%,when GO ammount increased from 0 to 0.35%in PSf/GO MMMs.When GO ammount was 0.35%,compared to pure PSf membrane,the pure water flux of PSf/GO MMMs increased 236 L/(m2·h·bar)(1 bar=100 kPa).
