胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘合并感染微创治疗一例 被引量：2

Minimally invasive treatment of pancreatic fistula complicated with infection after pancreaticoduodenectomy:a case report

摘要 胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘继发感染患者病情重,病死率高,治疗难度较大。本文报道了一例将“经腹膜后入路腹腔镜下坏死组织清创术”应用于胰瘘继发感染治疗的患者,并取得了较好的效果,为胰瘘继发感染微创治疗提供了新思路。
