非物质文化遗产的商业化开发应当在政府主导下,坚持商业开发促保护的原则、继承与创新兼顾的原则、区别对待的原则、利益分享的原则、政府扶持与多主体协同相结合的原则。在实践中解决好传承保护和开发之间的关系,以商业化开发激活市场机制在非物质文化遗产保护中的作用,明确非物质文化遗产的保护定位,驱动非物质文化遗产的保护创新实践,引导非物质文化遗产商业化开发健康发展,最终实现社会效益和经济效益相辅相成的共赢局面。

Under the guidance of the government,the commercial development of intangible cultural heritage should adhere to the principles of promoting protection by commercial development,giving consideration to both inheritance and innovation,treating differently,sharing interests,and combining government support with multi-agent coordination.In practice,we should solve the relationship between heritage protection and development,guide the healthy development of the commercial development of intangible cultural heritage,and finally achieve a win-win situation in which social and economic benefits complement each other.
