基于SAP ME系统的设备故障提报与受理的实现

针对SAP ME系统没有设备管理模块的缺点,为减少车间生产人员报修时间,加快故障响应速度,在ME资源(生产设备)的基础上开发了生产设备故障报修和处理功能,实现了利用SAP ME系统从故障报修到维修工单关闭的设备维修处理流程,并通过维修班大屏的"设备维修任务看板显示"提醒维修班受理。

In view of the disadvantage that there is no equipment management module in the SAP ME system, in order to reduce the repair time of the production personnel in the workshop and speed up the fault response speed, the fault repair and handling function of production equipment is developed on the basis of ME resources(manufacturing equipment), which realizes the equipment maintenance process from fault report and repair to maintenance work order closure by using SAP ME system, and reminds the maintenance class to accept it through the "equipment maintenance task bulletin display" on the large screen of the maintenance class.
