基于LabVIEW的换流变压器温度巡检系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 换流变压器作为直流输电系统的重要设备,其工作状态对整个交直流电气隔离系统至关重要,温升试验是检验换流变压器品质的重要项目之一。文章设计了一款基于LabVIEW的换流变压器温度巡检系统,该系统通过采集Pt100铂热电阻温度传感器的测温数据,实现对64路通道温度的实时监测。该温升试验的结果表明:顶层油温、绕组温度以及环境温度均可准确获取,同时可实现数据的实时保存和分析。目前,该系统已被东北电力科学研究院有限公司高压试验场运用于换流变压器现场温升试验中,其工作性能稳定,监测数据准确,明显提升了测试效率。 As an important equipment of DC transmission system, converter transformer plays an important part of the entire AC and DC electrical isolation system. Temperature rise test is one of the important items to check the quality of converter transformers.One temperature inspection system for converter transformer was designed here based on LabVIEW, which could achieve real-time monitoring of the temperature of 64 channels by collecting temperature data from Pt100 platinum thermal resistance temperature sensor. The results show that top oil temperature, winding temperature and ambient temperature can be accurately achieved as well as real-time data storage and analysis. At present, the system has been applied to the field temperature rise test of converter transformers by the Northeast Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., with stable working performance, accurate monitoring data and high test efficiency.
