摘要
气动自动平衡系统在高速、精准搬运领域应用广泛。文章通过分析气动自动平衡系统工作原理、气动回路、关键装置等,构建了适用于柴油机连杆搬运的搬运试验系统,并进行了试验验证分析,表明采用气控阀作为负载传感器的气动自动平衡系统可实现50Kg连杆部件的高效搬运。文章所做原理分析及试验系统构建,可为机械加工领域的自动搬运系统工作效率提升提供理论依据及借鉴。
Pneumatic automatic balancing system is widely used in the field of high-speed and precision handling. In this paper,by analyzing the working principle, pneumatic circuit and key devices of the pneumatic automatic balancing system, a handling test system suitable for diesel engine connecting rod handling is constructed, and the experimental verification analysis is carried out. The results show that the pneumatic automatic balancing system using air control valve as load sensor can realize the efficient transportation of 50 Kg connecting rod parts. The principle analysis and test system construction in this paper can provide theoretical basis and reference for improving the working efficiency of automatic handling system in the field of machining.
