摘要
3D生物打印组织工程领域具有巨大的潜力,三维立体光刻技术因其精度高、细胞可植入等特点尤其适用于生物支架的制备,文章分析了软组织工程支架的关键性能,介绍了三维立体光刻技术在软组织工程中的应用。
3 D printing of biological tissue engineeringhas great potential in the field of tissue engineering. Three-dimensional lithography is especially suitable for the preparation of biological scaffolds because of its high precision and cell implantability. The key performance of soft tissue engineering scaffold is analyzed in this paper. The application of three-dimensional lithography in soft tissue engineering is introduced.
