输入轴螺纹端部裂纹分析

摘要 输入轴为锻造产品,经调质热处理后,粗车时发现一件输入轴轴端螺纹处有裂纹,初步分析为锻造加热过烧导致。对输入轴开裂试样进行材料理化检验、电镜扫描分析、能谱分析、热加工工艺及过程分析,确认为锻造中频加热过烧导致输入轴轴端螺纹处开裂。 The input shaft is a forging product.After the tempering heat treatment,a crack in the thread of the shaft end of the input shaft was found in the rough turning.After preliminary analysis,it was caused by the overburning of the forging.Physical and chemical test,scanning electron microscope analysis,energy spectrum analysis,thermal processing technology and process analysis were carried out on the cracked sample of the input shaft.It was confirmed that the overburning during the medium frequency heating in the forging process caused the cracking of the thread at the end of the input shaft.
