摘要 电子设备产品越来越多,测试的复杂性和精准度要求也更高,为适应电子测试需求,文章详细介绍了自动化测试系统的关键应用技术,阐述了自动测试系统基本原理,提出了测试系统校准的设计方案。自动化测试系统具有标准化、可重复化特点,有效降低了测试人员的劳动强度,大大降低了测试成本,保证了测试效率。 There are more and more electronic equipment products, and the complexity and accuracy of testing are also higher. In order to meet the needs of electronic testing. This paper introduces the key application technologies of automated test systems in detail, explains the basic principles of automatic test systems, the design scheme of test system calibration is presented. The automated test system has the characteristics of standardization and repeatability, which effectively reduces the labor intensity of testers, greatly reduces the test cost, and ensures the test efficiency.
