This paper focuses on the establishment and application of the knowledge base for the standardized approval opinions of the OMS system maintenance application of Dali power grid. In terms of the standardized approval opinions of the OMS system maintenance application, it collects the experience of the dispatching operation management experts in the approval of the maintenance application form, so as to meet the requirements of the dispatching operation department for rapid approval and improving work efficiency.
