摘要
白光LED照明技术与传统光源相比,有着节能环保、体积小、亮度高、实用性强等特点,因而得到了广泛应用。红色荧光粉在改善显色性和调制白光上限制了LED照明的发展。研究出稳定、高效的白光LED灯用红色荧光粉显得尤为重要。文章通过介绍氮(氧)化物体系、石榴石体系、硅酸盐体系、ZnO基体系、钼酸盐体系和钨酸盐体系红色荧光粉等,了解国内外白光LED用红色荧光粉的研究进展。
Compared with the traditional light source, LED lighting technology has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, small volume, high brightness and strong practicability, so it has been widely used. Red phosphor limits the development of LED lighting by improving color rendering and modulating white light. It is particularly important to study stable and efficient red phosphors for LED lamps. Six major systems of red-emitting phosphor for light LED are introduced in this paper,to understand the research progress of red phosphors for LED inside and outside my country.
