摘要 本文建立了农产品中氟虫腈及其代谢物残留测定的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品前处理过程采用QuEChERS前处理方法进行提取和净化后,以GC-MS/MS测定,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质内标法定量。在0.020 mg/kg、0.050 mg/kg和0.100 mg/kg 3个添加浓度水平下,氟虫腈及其代谢物的平均回收率为80%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.94%~7.51%。此方法可行性强,效率高,适用于大批量测定农产品中氟虫腈及其代谢物的残留量。 This paper develops a gas chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)method for the determination of fipronil and its metabolites in agriculture products.The sample is extracted and cleaned up using pretreatment method with QuEChERS,and detected by GC-MS/MS and matrix internal standard method.The average recoveries of fipronil and its metabolites at the three spiked levels are 80%-105% with the relative standard deviations of 2.94%-7.51%.The method is high feasibility,efficiency and suitable for the determination of fipronil and its metabolites in large quantities of agriculture products.
