摘要
本文建立了采用固体进样原子荧光汞镉测定仪同时测定化妆品中汞和镉的快速分析方法,确定了空气流量0.4 NL/min,氩氢混合气流量1.0 NL/min,镉蒸发功率80 W,镉释放功率30 W,汞灰化功率240 W,汞释放功率170 W的条件,并以此条件对样品进行测定。该方法的检出限汞为0.0018 ng、镉为0.0015 ng,回收率为94.7%~107.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6%,分析时间小于5 min。
This paper establishes a rapid method for the determination of mercury and cadmium in cosmetics by using a solid sampling atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The conditions of air flow rate is 0.4 NL/min,argon hydrogen mixture flow rate is 1.0 NL/min,cadmium evaporation power is 80 W,cadmium release power is 30 W,mercury ashing power is 240 W,mercury release power is 170 W,and the samples are analyzed under these conditions.The detection limit of the method is 0.0018 ng for mercury and 0.0015 ng for cadmium,the recovery is 94.7%-107.7%,RSD is less than 6%,and the analysis time is less than 5 min.
