宁波市水产品中氟喹诺酮类药物残留现状分析及对策 被引量:12

摘要 为了研究宁波市市场销售的和产地预销售的养殖水产品中氟喹诺酮类抗生素(FQs)的残留量,并对存在的风险点进行预警。本文采集435批次2018年宁波市销售的和产地预销售的水产品,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法对鱼肌肉组织中6种FQs(恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、洛美沙星、培氟沙星)的残留进行定量检测。结果显示,共62批次水产品被检出含FQs,超出限量要求值共计10批次,总体检出率为18.8%,不合格率为2.30%;主要检出恩诺沙星(58批次,含5批次超出限量要求)、环丙沙星(19批次)、氧氟沙星(4批次)和诺氟沙星(1批次)4种FQs。由此得出,宁波市市售的养殖水产品已经存在一定程度的FQs污染,恩诺沙星与环丙沙星的超出限量值情况较为严重,应作为宁波市水产品氟喹诺酮类抗生素类的重点检测项目。 In order to study the residual amount of fluoroquinolones antibiotics(FQs)in aquatic products sold in Ningbo market and pre-sale in the place of origin,and to alert the existing risk points.A total of 435 batches of aquatic products sold in Ningbo in 2018 were collected,and six kinds of FQs(enrofloxacin,norfloxacin),(ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,lomefloxacin,pefloxacin)for quantitative detection.The results show that a total of 62 batches of aquatic products were detected containing FQs.A total of 10 batches exceeded the required limit.The overall detection rate was 18.8% and the failure rate was 2.30%.Four FQs were mainly detected in enrofloxacin(58 beaches,including 5 beaches exceeding the limit),ciprofloxacin(19 beaches),ofloxacin(4 beaches)and norfloxacin(1 beach).It is concluded that the FQs pollution of the aquatic products sold in Ningbo City has already existed to some extent.Enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin have exceeded the limit value,which should be regarded as the key testing item of fluoroquinolones antibiotics in Ningbo.
