2018年重庆市水果中杀菌剂残留监测结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 通过对2018年重庆市售水果中杀菌剂的检测数据进行分析,并为制定食品安全政策法规提供科学依据。于2018年在重庆市5个地区采集44份水果样品,采用HSS T3(1.8μm,2.1 mm×100 mm)色谱柱,以乙腈和0.05%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为3 mL/min,经正电离子喷雾(ESI+)电离及多反应监测(MRM)模式对样品进行检测。结果显示,多菌灵检出率为100.00%,甲基硫菌灵检出率为54.54%,甲霜灵检出率为11.36%,嘧霉胺检出率为29.54%,烯酰吗啉检出率为22.73%,咪鲜胺检出率为27.27%,三唑酮检出率为22.73%,腐霉利检出率为18.18%,苯醚甲环唑检出率为29.54%。由此得出,市售水果中杀菌剂残留检出率较高,应加大监测力度,通过监测数据的分析,采取相应措施以确保食品安全。 In order to understand the residue of fungicides in fruits of Chongqing city,and analyses the monitoring data,to provide scientific basis for formulating food safety policies and regulations.This paper collected 44 fruits from 5 districts of Chongqing in 2018.Using T3 HSS chromatographic column,Acetonitrile and 0.05% formic acid as mobile phase,gradient elution,flow speed:3 mL/min,The positive ion spray ionization(ESI+)and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode detection.The results show that the detection rates of carbendazim,Pyrimethanil,metalaxyl mancozeb,riadimefon,thiophanate-methyl,prochloraz,difenoconazole,dimethomorph,procymidone were 100%,29.54%,11.36%,22.73%,54.54%,27.27%,29.54%,22.73%,18.18%,respectively.It is concluded that the detection rate of fungicide residues in fruits was higher.People should increase the monitoring efforts,through the analysis of monitoring data,take the appropriate measures to improve food safety.
