为了了解罗定市活禽市场外环境禽流感病毒污染状况,在2016年11月-2019年4月对罗定市7家市场的活禽档口进行监测,检测样本A型及H5、H7、H9亚型流感病毒。结果显示,采集的200份样本中,A型、H5、H7、H9阳性率分别为28.50%、10.00%、2.50%和18.50%,不同年份、不同市场、不同样本的阳性率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此得出,近年来罗定市活禽市场外环境禽流感病毒污染状况有所改善,但不同市场存在差异分布,应对禽流感病毒污染严重的市场加强监测和管理,落实检疫准入、消毒、休市等防控措施。

In order to understand the pollution status of avian influenza virus outside the live poultry market in Luoding,From November 2016 to April 2019,live poultry stalls in 7 markets in Luoding were monitored to detect specimens of type A and H5,H7,and H9 influenza viruses.The results show that a total of 200 specimens were collected.The positive rates of type A,H5,H7,and H9 were 28.50%,10.00%,2.50%,and 18.50%.There were significant differences in the positive rates of different years,different markets,and different specimens(P<0.05).It is concluded that in recent years,the pollution status of avian influenza virus outside the live poultry market in Luoding City has improved,but there are different distributions in different markets.The market for severe bird flu virus pollution should be strengthened in monitoring and management,and quarantine access,disinfection,and market closure should be implemented Prevention and control measures.
