摘要
本文采用一种可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)活性聚合的新方法制备聚苯乙烯交联微球。以苯乙烯(St)为单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸苄酯(BDC)为链转移剂,用无皂乳液聚合合成单分散可控聚苯乙烯交联微球。分别研究了KPS/BDC比、反应时间、反应温度、DVB浓度对微球的影响,并通过傅立叶红外光谱(FT-TR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度及电位分析仪对微球进行了表征。
This paper prepared the polystyrene cross-linked microspheres by a new RAFT active polymerization method.Using styrene(St)as monomer,divinylbenzene(DVB)as crosslinker,potassium persulfate(KPS)as initiator and benzyl diethylcarbamodithioate(BDC)as chain transfer agent,monodisperse controllable polystyrene crosslinked microspheres were synthesized by soap free emulsion polymerization.The effects of KPS/BDC ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,DVB concentration were studied.The microspheres were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-TR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),laser particle size and potential analyzer.
