鸦胆子含量测定方法初探

Preliminary Study on Determination Method of Brucea Javanica

鸦胆子为我国民间常用传统中草药,具有截虐、清热解毒、止痢的功效,外用腐蚀赘疣,主要用于痢疾、疟疾、赘疣、鸡眼的治疗。《中国药典》2010版和《中国药典》2015版对鸦胆子的含量测定均采用气相色谱法。本文按照药典方法,以不同程度的药材粉末进行测定,发现药典方法有待完善,其中细粉含量接近药典规定的粗粉含量的2倍,因而用细粉检测更合理,更能反映鸦胆子药材的质量。

Brucea javanica is a kind of traditional Chinese herbal medicine,which can cut off malaria,clear away heat and toxin,stop dysentery.It is mainly used to treat dysentery,malaria,verruca and corn.The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition used the same method for the determination of brucea javanica,both are gas chromatography.According to the pharmacopoeia method,the different degrees of powder of medicinal materials are determined,and it is found that the pharmacopoeia method is still to be improved,and the content of fine powder is close to 2 times of the content of coarse powder stipulated in the pharmacopoeia,so it is more reasonable to use fine powder for detection,the quality of brucea javanica.
