The Selfhood,Contemporaneity and Firmness of “Xiacun Experience”——Rereading Ding Ling’s When I Was in Xiacun

丁玲的"霞村经验"具有自我性、当代性与坚定性。自我性系指贞贞被日军俘虏的经历与丁玲被捕囚禁南京的经历极为相似;丁玲出狱之后,不少人看待丁玲的眼光也跟看待贞贞的眼光极为相似,这让丁玲感到非常痛苦。当代性系指新中国成立之后丁玲屡遭批判,甚至被定为"反党分子""右派分子"以及"左派分子",原因就在于某些人心目中残余的封建节烈意识。坚定性系指丁玲虽然身处逆境,但从来没有丧失过对生活的希望。

Dingling’s "Xiacun experience"is self-centered,contemporary and firm. Selfhood refers to the fact that Zhen Zhen was captured by the Japanese army,which is very similar to Ding Ling’s own experience of being arrested and imprisoned in Nanjing. After Ding Ling was released from prison,many people saw Ding Ling in a very similar way,which made Ding Ling very painful. Contemporariness refers to the fact that Ding Ling was criticized repeatedly after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and even regarded as an "anti-Party member","right-party member"and "left-Party member". The reason lies in some people’s residual consciousness of feudalism. Firmness refers to the fact that Ding Ling never lost hope of life even in adversity.
