A Review of the Theoretical Connotation and Development of Self-development of College Counselors

高校辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化、专家化发展需要外力支持,更需要辅导员群体的自主发展。文章从“自主发展”的理论基础研究、影响因素研究、实证研究和路径研究四个维度梳理了关于“自主发展”的已有研究脉络,以期为高校辅导员自主发展研究提供有利参考。

The professionalization,specialization and expert development of college counselors need external support and especially the internal self-development of themselves.From four aspects of theoretical research,influencing factors research,empirical research and path research,this paper sorts out the skeleton of self-development research,in order to provide references for college counselors'self-development research.
