摘要
当高炉休风或顶压冒尖时,炉顶放散阀打开关闭后出现的泄漏称为高炉炉顶放散阀泄漏。炉顶放散阀泄漏给维护人员人身安全带来较大威胁,同时也影响生产,污染环境。通过分析高炉炉顶放散阀泄漏的原因(包括放散阀阀盖圆周不同步下压和阀盖在使用过程中产生的缺陷),改进放散阀结构和密封形式,加强日常维护,提高了放散阀的密封性能。
When a blast furnace damps down or its upper pressure exceeds the maximum limit,the bleeder valve at the blast furnace top will be opened to release gas and relieve pressure in the furnace and then closed.If the bleeder valve can not be closed tightly,the leakage occurs,which is called bleeder valve leakage.The bleeder leakage threatens the personal safety of maintenance persons seriously,influences production and pollutes environment.The leakage causes such as unsynchronized close and worn defects of valve cover are analyzed,the structure and sealing way of bleeder valve are improved and the routine maintenance is strengthened so that the sealing performance of bleeder valve is enhanced.
