基于分层铣削和激光扫描的模型重构试验研究

摘要 提出一种基于分层铣削和激光扫描相结合的零件特征重构方法,此方法通过对零件外轮廓扫描获取整体外形点云数据后,通过分层铣削并进行逐层扫描获取零件内部结构的点云数据,然后导入计算机,通过数据处理得到零件的三维模型。试验结果表明,该技术方法具有数据获取准确快捷、不易受环境光干扰的特点,能够满足工程应用且能对复杂零件的内部特征进行准确重构,拓展了实际应用中模型反求的方式和方法。 A method of feature reconstruction of parts based on layered milling and laser scanning is proposed in this article.The method obtains the point cloud data of the whole outline by scanning the outline of parts,then obtains the point cloud data of the internal structure of parts by layered milling and layer by layer scanning;and then the data is imported into the computer so as to obtain the three-dimensional model of parts by the data processing.The experimental results show that the method has the characteristics of accurate and fast data acquisition and is not easily disturbed by the ambient light.It can satisfy the engineering application and reconstruct the internal characteristics of complex parts accurately,and it extends the way and method of model reverse in practical application.
