摘要
以河北地区市场上批量反馈某工程自卸车飞轮壳开裂故障为研究对象,从发动机飞轮壳所受弯矩、动力总成悬置受力分析及传动轴临界转速等几方面,研讨了飞轮壳开裂的原因。根据分析结果,制定相应解决方案,并最终解决了该故障,给类似问题的解决提供了思路。
In this paper,based on batch feedback of the flywheel shell cracking failure of a dump truck in Hebei market,causes of the flywheel shell cracking are discussed from the aspects of bending moment of the engine flywheel shell,the force analysis of the power assembly mount and the critical speed of the transmission shaft. According to the analysis results,the corresponding solutions are formulated,and the fault is finally solved,which provides ideas for the solution of similar problems.
