摘要
建立某重型卡车车架的三维模型,应用ANSYS软件对车架在弯曲、扭转、紧急制动和急转弯四种典型工况下的应力和应变进行了有限元分析,校核了车架的强度和刚度。并从轻量化的角度对车架结构进行了优化设计,达到了降低自重的目的。通过仿真,结果表明,优化后的车架能够满足使用要求。
By establishing the three-dimensional model of a heavy truck frame,the ANSYS software is used to analyze the stress and strain of the frame under four typical conditions of bending,torsion,emergency braking and sharp turn,so as to check the strength and stiffness of the frame. The frame structure is optimized from the perspective of lightweight to achieve the purpose of reducing self-weight. The simulation results show that the optimized frame can meet the using requirements.
