摘要 针对缸盖吹屑工序主要采用人工手持风枪吹屑存在的噪声高、安全性差、效率不佳、人员劳动负荷重等问题,提出了一种缸盖自动吹屑机,分析了吹屑机的主要结构和工作原理,设计了吹屑机的关键部件和总体结构,基于西门子200SMART PLC设计了吹屑机控制系统,主要包括电气控制硬件电路设计、控制系统程序编写及触摸屏软件设计等,试验结果表明,该吹屑机实现全自动吹屑功能,满足吹屑工艺要求,吹屑效果好,可靠性高。 Aiming at the problems that the chip blowing process of the cylinder head mainly uses a hand-held air gun to blow chips,the problems of high noise,poor safety,poor efficiency,and heavy labor load are proposed. The main structure and working principle of the machine,the key components and overall structure of the chip blower are designed,and the chip blower control system is designed based on Siemens 200 SMART PLC,which mainly includes the electrical control hardware circuit,control software system,and touch screen software design. Test results It shows that the chip blower realizes the function of full-automatic chip blow,meets the requirements of the chip blow process,has good chip blow effect and high reliability.
