摘要
针对传统石油钻井绞车减速系统冗杂、传动效率较低的现状,从解决绞车减速系统对总体布局的局限性出发,通过分析低速大扭矩电机对滚筒轴的直接驱动过程,提出低速大扭矩交流变频电机直驱绞车的设计方案,简化绞车结构,省掉了以往电驱动绞车电机+减速箱的减速模式,效率利用大幅提高,达到现代石油钻机轻量化、节能化的发展要求,具有提质增效的现实意义。
Aiming at the current situation of the traditional oil drilling winch with tedious gear system and low efficiency,and to solve the limitation of general layout of the winch gear system,design scheme for the low speed high torque AC frequency conversion motor direct driving winch is put forward in this paper through analyzing the direct driving process of the low speed high torque motor to the drum shaft. Thus the structure of winch is simplified so as to eliminate the previous electric winch motor + reducer deceleration mode. It is of practical significance to improve the quality and efficiency of modern oil drilling rig by greatly improving their efficiency and meeting the development requirements of lightweight and energy conservation.
