试验机改装中液冷系统的常见故障及排除方法 被引量:4

摘要 机载液冷系统采用液体循环冷却的散热方式,对飞机上集成的电子设备进行液体冷却,保障机载电子设备稳定运行。在飞行试验中,常发生液冷系统故障,影响试飞安全。为了降低试验机上加装液冷系统故障,针对飞行试验中的遇到的液冷系统故障现象及原因进行了深入分析,结合实际情况作出故障诊断及排除方法,保持液冷系统正常工作,为今后同类系统解决类似问题提供了有效的技术参考,同时可以为后续液冷系统的优化设计提供技术支撑。 The airborne liquid cooling system adopts the cooling mode of liquid circulation to cool the integrated electronic equipment on the aircraft,so as to ensure stable operation of the airborne electronic equipment. In flight test,failure of the liquid cooling system often occurs,which affects the safety of flight test. In order to reduce the failure of the liquid cooling system installed on the testing machine,the failure phenomena and causes of the liquid cooling system encountered in the flight test are analyzed in this paper. The fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods are put forward based on the actual situation to maintain normal operation of the liquid cooling system,which could provide an effective technical reference for similar systems to solve the similar problems in the future. At the same time,it can also provide technical support for the optimization design of the subsequent liquid cooling system.
