摘要
针对切割厚度大于100 mm的阴极扁钢存在的缝隙直线度差、收尾处豁口过大、下口宽度过窄等质量问题,采用取不同的工艺参数进行实验对比,通过分析发现切割的压力、速度、割嘴直径是影响切割质量的主要原因。为了提高切割质量,提出最佳的工艺参数和改进措施。实验结果表明,该工艺参数可以有效提高超厚板切割质量,产品合格率提升到95%。
Aiming at the quality problems such as bad straightness accuracy of the gap,the bigger breach at the tail and the narrower width of the lower jaws occurred during cutting the cathodic plate of thickness more than 100 mm,different technological parameters are adopted for experimental comparison;Through the analysis,it is found that the cutting pressure,speed and diameter of cutting mouth are the main reasons to affect the cutting quality. In order to increase the quality,the optimum technological parameters and the corrective measures are then provided in this paper. The test results indicate that the cutting quality of extra thickness plates can be effectively improved,and the qualified rate of the product can be increased to 95%.
