摘要
为解决机械零件在批量生产中的加工精度问题,在生产中找到合适的加工误差统计分析方法至关重要。工艺过程分布图法是解决此类问题的一种有效途径。重点阐述工艺过程分布图法的具体实践应用,其主要实施过程是通过小样本零件工艺过程分布图的绘制、分析、计算来判别该批零件加工误差的性质,确定工序能力及其等级,估算出合格与不合格品率等。并针对这些问题提出有效改进措施,保障零件批量生产的加工精度及生产效率。
In order to solve the problem of machining accuracy of mechanical parts in mass production,it is very important to find a proper statistical analysis method of machining error in production. The process distribution diagram is an effective way to solve these problems. This paper focuses on the practical application of the process distribution diagram method. The main implementation process is to determine the nature of the processing error of this batch of parts,to determine the process capability and its grade,and to estimate the qualified and unqualified product rate through drawing,analysis and calculation of the process distribution diagram of small sample parts. In view of these problems,the effective improvement measures are put forward to ensure the processing accuracy and production efficiency of the mass production of parts.
