摘要
重点针对闪速炉工艺风系统定流量供气模式存在供气压力波动大而引发低压氧气向工艺风系统反窜的问题,通过优化工艺风系统的供气阀组配置和联锁控制方案、研究并修正风机喘振预防手段,实现工艺风系统定流量与恒压力运行的模式,有规避低压氧气向工艺风系统反窜、提高工艺风系统应急操作可控性及稳定闪速炉炉况的意义。
In this paper,focusing on the high gas supply pressure fluctuation of air supply mode of the process air system in the flash furnace which would lead to the problem of low pressure oxygen channeling back to the process wind system,the constant flow with constant pressure mode of process wind system is realized through optimizing the air supply valve group configuration and interlock control scheme of the process wind system,researching and correcting the means of fan surge prevention.It has significance of avoiding the reverse channeling of low pressure oxygen to process wind system,improving the controllability of the wind system emergency operation and stabilizing the furnace condition of the flash furnace.
