摘要
在对某型号液压支架理论受力分析的基础上,计算分析其后连杆受力状况以验算后连杆设计时的安全系数,分析型式试验中液压支架后连杆焊缝开裂的原因,并结合公司生产特点,提出相应的防范措施,为今后指导此类结构的设计及制造提供了重要依据。
Based on the theoretical stress analysis of a certain type of hydraulic support,the stress state of the back bar is calculated and analyzed to check the safety factor of the back bar,and the causes of weld crack of the back bar are analyzed in this paper. In combination with the production characteristics of the company,this paper provides some useful safeguard measures,which are useful to design and manufacture of the similar institutions.
