中国“一带一路”沿线省区金融生态与经济增长质量的耦合性研究

Coupling Research on China "Belt and Road" Provincial Financial Ecology and Economic Growth Quality

良好的金融生态能够带来金融业的持续健康发展,从而带动经济可持续增长。以我国"一带一路"沿线的18个省(市、自治区)为研究对象并将其分为四大区域,构建金融生态和经济增长综合评价指标体系,运用耦合机理实证解析金融生态与经济增长的互动、协调和发展关系,分析2009-2016年间金融生态-经济增长系统耦合度的动态演化过程。结果表明:18个省区的金融生态-经济增长系统中各子系统关系密切但系统的发展水平不高,金融生态对经济增长存在长期制约关系;四大区域耦合度呈现"U型"演进特征,海上丝绸之路地区耦合协调度稳步提升,基本实现各子系统的相互影响、共同发展;其他三大区域的耦合协调度在勉强协调处徘徊,金融生态对经济增长的制约作用明显。

A good financial ecology can bring about the sustainable and healthy development of the financial industry and drive sustainable economic growth.Taking 18 China"Belt and Road"provinces(cities and autonomous regions)as the research object and dividing them into four regions,this study reasonably sets up a comprehensive evaluation index system for financial ecology and economic growth,empirically analyzes the interaction,coordination and development relationship between financial ecology and economic growth by coupling mechanism,and analyzes the dynamic evolution process of the coupling degree of financial ecology-economic growth system from 2009 to 2016.The results show that the sub-systems of the financial ecology-economic growth system in 18 provinces and regions are closely related,but the development level of the system is not high.Financial ecology has a long-term constraint on economic growth,and the coupling degree of the four regions presents a"U-shaped"evolution feature.The coupling and coordination degree of the Maritime Silk Road regions has been steadily improved,basically realizing the mutual influence and common development of each subsystem.The coupling coordination degree of the other three regions is hovering at the barely coordinated place,and the financial ecology restricts the economic growth obviously.
