摘要
目的:调查实习前本科护生的循证实践(evidence-based practice,EBP)能力,为在校护理教育及临床实践阶段的干预手段提供理论依据。方法:应用护生循证实践能力评估量表(Evidence-Based Practice Evaluation Competencies Questionnaire,EBP-COQ)和护生自主学习能力量表对一所医学院的442名学生进行问卷调查。结果:本科护生进入临床实习前的EBP能力总分为(81.63±7.50)分,EBP态度、EBP技能及EBP知识维度得分分别为(43.69±5.04)、(19.11±2.43)、(18.84±2.67)分;本科护生进入临床实习前EBP能力的影响因素主要有对学习EBP感兴趣、学习动机、人际沟通、在临床工作中有必要开展EBP、非常喜欢护理专业等。结论:实习前护生具有积极的EBP态度,但技能及知识水平较差,建议护理教育者开设EBP相关课程,并在临床实习中激发学习动机,促进EBP能力的培养和提升。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of evidence-based practice(EBP)competence among nursing students before clinical practice,and provide theoretical basis in nursing education and clinical practice interventions.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 442 nursing students from a medical school by Evidence-Based Practice Evaluation Competencies Questionnaire(EBP-COQ)and the Nursing Students Self-Learning Ability Scale.Results:The total EBP competence of nursing students before clinical practice was 81.63±7.50.The EBP attitude,EBP skills and EBP knowledge dimension scores were 43.69±5.04,19.11±2.43 and 18.84±2.67,respectively.The major factors affecting the EBP competence of nursing students before clinical practice were interested in learning EBP,learning motivation,interpersonal communication,the necessary to do EBP,and like nursing.Conclusions:Nursing students before clinical practice have a positive EBP attitude,but EBP skills and knowledge are in a relatively low level.Nursing educators should set up EBP courses,and stimulate learning motivation in clinical practice,to promote the cultivation and promotion of EBP competence.
