Research on Yuan Hao-wen's Seclusion Mentality and Seclusion Poetry

元好问是金末元初著名文学家,他的一生无疑是儒家思想和积极入世精神占主导地位,但异族统治的艰难处境、兵戈不息的战乱环境、佛道思想的不断濡染等都是促使其隐逸心态形成的重要因素。在他的诗歌创作中,多有对古代及同时期隐者的歌吟与倾慕。厌恶战乱生活、热爱山水田园和向往佛道境界是元好问的隐逸诗的三个主题;意象繁富、巧用对比、卒章显志是其隐逸诗的鲜明特色。

Yuan Haowen was a famous writer who lived at the end of Jin Dynasty and the beginning of Yuan Dynasty.His life was undoubtedly dominated by Confucianism and the spirit of active participation in the world.However,the difficult situation of alien rule,the war-torn environment and the continuous smearing of Buddhism and Taoism,promoted the formation of his seclusion mentality.In his poetry,there are many verses with admiration for the ancient and contemporary hermits.The aversion to the life in wars,the love of landscape and pastoral and the yearning for the realm of Buddhism and Taoism are the three themes of his seclusion poems.Rich imagery,sharp contrast and aspiration at the end of poem are main characteristics of Yuan Haowen's seclusion poetry.
