摘要 为贯彻党的十九大报告精神,本文在新一代信息通信技术的基础上,通过综合运用"互联网+"下的新思维和新技术,提出有利于区域协调发展的大环境。本文指出我国新型城镇化进程中绿色建筑领域面临的主要问题与挑战,即相关政策法规滞后且市场指导性不足,绿色建筑行业不同部门间缺乏交流与协作,生态文明理念未能得到有效普及,绿色建筑及相关产品缺乏市场竞争力等。针对上述情况,在循证设计理念的基础上,提出了在苏南国家自主创新示范区率先应用并推广建筑信息模型的短、中、长期策略,并详述了如何以之为桥梁,整合大数据、云计算、物联网等创新科技,构建城市信息模型,全面推动苏南地区向智慧、可持续方向发展。 In response to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper aims to propose an innovative approach for regional development.It suggests that,by using the emerging information communication technologies(ICTs),there is an opportunity to integrate the innovative thinking and technologies based on the concept of"internet+"and thereby nurture an environment that can support the innovation-driven development at a regional level.It points out four key issues arising in the field of green architecture in the current new-type urbanization process-lack of effective guidance in the market;lack of cross-departmental communication and collaborations;lack of a widespread awareness of ecological civilization;lack of competitiveness in the market.To solve the problem,this paper,based on the principle of evidence-based design,puts forward the short,medium and long-term strategy of applying and promoting the building information modeling in Sunan National Innovation Park,and then elaborates in detail how to integrate the innovative technologies such as the Big Data,Cloud Computing,and Internet of Things,etc.to build city information modeling and promote the overall smart and sustainable development of Sunan area.
