基于工业遗产保护与再利用的创意产业园建成景观满意度调查研究--以宁夏801创意产业园为例

Research on the Satisfaction to the Built Landscape of Creative Industrial Park Based on Protection and Reuse of Industrial Heritage-- A Case of 801 Creative Industrial Park in Ningxia

本文以宁夏银川西夏区801创意产业园建成景观要素现状为研究对象,以参与文化创意产业园的人群满意度为研究视角,运用统计软件对调查结果进行数据整理与分析。研究结果 :①被调查者对园区总体景观不满意的原因有景观类型单一,景点少且缺乏观赏性,建筑外观杂乱,整体园区景观缺乏地域特色;②园区存在景观布局不合理、规划结构和目标不明确、建筑功能混乱、绿地缩减等其他问题;③被调查者期望801创意产业园应有相当规模,且具有宁夏地域景观特色,配套设施齐全,是服务于不同人群不同时段的开放型工业遗产景观示范化与现代化社区。

This paper takes the current elements of built landscape in 801 creative industrial park in Xixia District, Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the research object, and uses statistical software to sort out or analyze the investigation results from the perspective of the satisfaction of the people participating in the cultural and creative industrial park. The results of the research are as follows. 1.The reasons for the dissatisfaction with the overall landscape are single landscape type, few attractions and lack of viewing, disordered architectural appearance, and the overall park landscape being lack of regional characteristics. 2.There are other problems such as lack of rational and scientific layout of landscape, unclear planning structure and objectives, confusion of building functions and reduction of green space, and so on. 3. The respondents expected that 801 creative industrial park have a considerable scale, regional landscape characteristics of Ningxia and complete supporting facilities, thus becoming a demonstration community with opening and modern that serves different groups of people at different times.
