摘要
目的观察脑白质病变(White matter lesion,WML)患者咀嚼运动前后脑血流量的变化,探讨咀嚼对脑白质疾病的影响。方法对48名经头颅MRI确诊患有脑白质疾病的患者,应用经颅超声多普勒(Transcranial doppler,TCD)探测咀嚼前后脑血流量的变化并对其进行统计学分析。结果咀嚼运动后左右侧大脑中动脉收缩期峰流速(Vs)、舒张末期峰流速(Vd)及平均峰流速(Vm)均显著高于咀嚼运动前,统计学分析具有显著性差异(P<0.05);双侧大脑中动脉流速在咀嚼运动前后均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论咀嚼运动可以明显提高脑白质病变患者的双侧脑血流量,且左右侧无明显差异。
Objective To observe the cerebral White matter lesions(White matter lesion WML)patients of cerebral blood flow before and after chewing movement,discusses chewing effects on cerebral White matter disease.Methods A Transcranial ultrasound(TCD)was used to detect and statistically analyze changes in brain blood flow before and after chewing in 48 patients with a brain MRI diagnosis of white matter disease.Results The systolic peak velocity(Vs),end-diastolic peak velocity(Vd)and mean peak velocity(Vm)of the left and right middle cerebral arteries were significantly higher after masticatory exercise than before masticatory exercise,showing significant differences in statistical analysis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in left and right middle cerebral artery velocity before and after masticatory exercise(P>0.05).Conclusion Masticatory exercise can significantly improve cerebral blood flow in patients with leukodystrophy.
