摘要浮髋损伤(floating hip injuries FHI)系高能量暴力损伤,致骨盆或髋臼不稳定骨折伴有同侧股骨骨折[1],造成伤侧髋关节浮动。常合并脏器损伤,肝、脾、肾破裂;膀胱、输尿管损伤,多发骨折及失血性休克,甚至死亡。1临床资料患者女,50岁,因"外伤致双下肢疼痛、畸形伴流血半小时"就诊于我院。
