摘要 本文简要介绍了测量系统分析的分辨力、偏倚、线性、精确性(重复性和再现性)和稳定性五个评价指标。根据多年经验讨论了实验室如何对这五个指标进行分析和控制,并重点论述了测量系统的精确性和稳定性分析的方法和步骤。 Five evaluation indexes of the analysis in measurement system including resolution, bias, linearity,accuracy(repeatability and reproducibility) and stability were introduced briefly in this paper. How to analyze and control these five indicators in the laboratory was discussed in this paper basing on many years of experience, and the methods and procedures of accuracy and stability analysis of the measurement system were discussed as an emphasis.
