摘要 本文从生产准备和冶炼过程工艺参数控制两方面研究"VOD冶炼超低碳耐蚀合金终点C控制"。生产准备主要包括接触钢液的耐材和渣辅料,耐材有钢包、VOD屏蔽盖;渣辅料主要是石灰。冶炼过程工艺参数包括入罐C含量、入罐温度、吹氧量、氧气过吹量等参数。在生产准备上避免外来因素涨C,有效控C;通过摸索合理的工艺参数使终点碳满足要求。 This paper studies"End-point C control of VOD smelting ultra-low carbon corrosion resistant alloy"from two aspects of production preparation and process parameter control. Production preparation mainly includes refractories and slag accessories for contacting molten steel, refractories include ladle and VOD shielding cover, and slag accessories are mainly lime. The technological parameters of the smelting process include C content in the tank,temperature in the tank, oxygen blowing capacity and oxygen overblowing capacity. Through avoiding external factors for adding carbon in production preparation, C can be effectively controlled, and the end carbon can meet the requirements by exploring reasonable process parameters.
