95CrMo中空钢穿水冷却对网状碳化物的影响

摘要 用95CrMo钢生产的H22中空钢在轧制后进行两段式穿水冷却,穿水管水压为2Mpa,终轧温度在1秒钟内由874℃降到550℃后,回升到670℃,穿水后95CrMo中空钢比空冷95CrMo中空钢对比,网状碳化物级别由2.0级降低到0.5级以内,晶粒度也得到细化,中空钢的内部质量得到提高,实现中空钢控温冷却,为后期制钎创造良好条件。 During the production of H22 hollow steel with 95CrMo, two-stage water cooling were required after rolling. The water pressure was 2 MPa, and the final rolling temperature dropped from 874℃ to 550℃ and rose to 670℃ again within 1 second. Comparing water cooled 95CrMo hollow steel with air-cooled 95CrMo hollow steel, the net carbide level was reduced from 2.0 to 0.5, the grain size was refined, the internal quality of hollow steel was improved, and the temperature control and cooling of hollow steel were realized, so as to create good conditions for later drill pipe making.
