摘要
本文阐述了加强国有企业优秀青年人才培养工作的重要意义,对优秀青年人才培养工作存在的问题进行了探究分析,提出了优秀青年人才选拔、培养、管理、使用的思路和举措,对逐步实现国有企业领导班子的梯次配备和有序接替,为企业高质量和可持续发展提供充足的人才储备。
This paper expounded the important significance of strengthening the training of excellent young talents in state-owned enterprises, and analyzed the problems existing in the training of excellent young talents, and puts forward the ideas and measures for the selection, training, management and use of excellent young talents, so as to gradually realize the echelon allocation and orderly replacement of the leading group of state-owned enterprises,which promote the high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises.
