摘要
为开发一种稀/废硫酸浓缩再生资源化利用途径,提出利用硫酸企业生产过程中硫酸需要的补水过程与稀/废硫酸的干燥脱水,再生浓硫酸过程的组合处理工艺.利用Aspen Plus过程模拟软件对工艺进行模拟优化,分别将吸水和浓缩过程设置在两只塔中,在稀/废硫酸脱水的同时,可以补充浓硫酸吸收三氧化硫所需的水分,避免稀/废硫酸中的杂质对硫酸生产装置的影响,且整个工艺耗能极少,仅需要克服循环风流动阻力所需耗能.
In order to develop a resource utilization method for the enrichment and regeneration of dilute/waste sulfuric acid,a combined treatment process is proposed using the water supply process required by sulfuric acid in the production process of the sulfuric acid enterprise and the drying and dehydration of dilute/waste sulfuric acid,and the process of regenerating concentrated sulfuric acid.The Aspen Plus process simulation software was used to simulate and optimize theprocess,with the water absorption and concentration processes set in two respective towers.While the dilute/waste sulfuric acid was dehydrated,water couldbe supplemented required by the concentrated sulfuric acid to absorb sulfur trioxide,avoiding the influence of impurities in dilute/waste sulfuric acid on the sulfuric acid production device.The entire process consumed very little energy only to overcome the resistance to the circulation wind flow.
