党的十八大以来,在中国共产党治国理政的伟大实践中,以习近平为主要代表的中国共产党人围绕着“为什么要加强中国特色社会主义法治建设、怎样加强中国特色社会主义法治建设”这一主题,在中国特色社会主义法治建设的战略地位、主要目标、价值意蕴、政治前提、关键环节、鲜明品格、条件支撑、内在诉求等基本问题上,提出了新理念和新思想,推出了新举措和新战略,十八大以来中国特色社会主义法治思想的科学体系基本形成。其立意深远、逻辑严谨、蕴涵丰富,是新形势下中国共产党人对马克思主义法治思想的全面继承和发展,是中国特色社会主义法治理论体系的最新成果,是当前和今后相当一段时期内中国共产党在全面依法治国的战略部署下加快推进社会主义法治国家建设的行动指南和基本依循。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,in the great practice of The Governance in China,the Communist Party of China in the New Era represented by Xi Jinping centers on the theme that why should we carry out the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and how to carry out it.A series of new ideas,new views and new judgments are put forward on the basic issues of the values and significance,central drive,core requirements,main objectives,basic path,proper meaning,internal demands and key department of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.The scientific system of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era has been established.This is the current guideline and basic follow for the Communist Party of China to accelerate the construction of a socialist country ruled by law under the strategic plan of administering the country according to law in a considerable period of time.
